    Lose 15Kg in weight

    I am over weight. I lost about 20Kgs but now I’m a bit stuck. Due to accidents over the last year (breaking my wrist and cracking a rib) and due to travelling I’ve not done the exercise I was doing to lose that weight. As a result I’ve gotten lazy. Several of the goals I’ve set myself require me to get fitter so this goal is related to:

    1. Walk to the top of Angel’s Landing in Zion National Park, Utah
    2. Learn to Snowboard
    3. Run a mile
    4. Carry out a solo bellydance performance
    5. Cycle to work

    So basically I intend to try and exercise regularly such as go to the gym at least once a week, restart my belly dancing class, go bouldering and climbing more often and so on.
